Le sixième pont en construction... un pont dont le tablier pourra se lever et laisser ainsi passer les plus grands bateaux (notamment les vieux grééments de l'Armada en 2008)

Actually, a new bridge (we call it "the sixth bridge") is under construction. His perticularity is that this bridge can show up the bridge (I am not sure that it's the good word in english...) to let the highest boat come under it.
