Depuis la côte Sainte-Catherine, voici Rouen. Nous voyons bien ici la différence d'architecture entre les deux rives de la Seine : à droite, les quartiers historiques avec la Cathédrale, à gauche, une architecture plus moderne, la cité administrative, le Conseil Général, la tour des Archives.
