Here, we are on the right side of the river "La Seine" (The Garden is on the left side...) . In the center of the city, in front of the Cathedral, here is the Tourist Information Center, which is in a splendid building built during the 16th century. This building was a Military Building, a Financial Office, a prison during the 17th century, a theatre during the French Revolution, shop during the 19th century, and finally restored since 1952 when it was bought by the City of Rouen.
