It's an EXCEPTION today on my blog, I go out of Rouen. I propose you to come with me near Rouen (55 km from Rouen) in a place very famous in Normandy : the house of the famous painter Claude Monet in Giverny, so in fact in his garden too, where he painted the famous painting "les Nymphéas". This garden is visited by a lot of english, american and japanese people. Here is a shot taken this morning. The nenuphars aren't in bloom, the sun is not here, but this place is absolutely wonderful.

Merci Beaucoup! It looks just like Monet's paintings.
Magnifique photo, oui, c'est vrai, on dirait une peinture de Monet... Bravo!
J'y visitais une fois. C'est tellement joli, les jardins et la photo aussi.
I recognized it at once from the paintings. What a lovely place! Great shot!
